Retour au (bar du) Normandy

Le théâtre havrais Le Normandy ouvre dans qq mois mais son bar vient tout juste d’être inauguré sous les bons auspices d’Edouard Philippe. L’occasion de se détendre un peu, de discuter avec les nombreux invités et de présenter des extraits du livre racontant l’histoire du lieu en présence de plusieurs auteurs. Voire de réaliser qq sketches pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas attendre la séance de dédicaces officielle prévue pour le mois de Février…

Le Normandy theatre in the city of Le Havre will open its doors in a few months but the bar just celebrated its grand opening with huge displays of some of the pages from the upcoming book that will tell the story of the place. Very cosy with lots of cool people. Some of whom couldn’t wait for the official signing session tentatively set for February and managed to get me back to doing some sketches but far be it from me to name names…

Extrait d’un collectif auquel participent une dizaine de dessinateurs, chacun s’occupant d’une petite séquence qui retrace l’histoire du théâtre havrais Le Normandy au travers des époques et ce jusqu’à sa réouverture prochaine. L’album comptera 84 pages, sur un scénario de Matthieu Teulé et de Jessy Spahija. Parmi les dessinateurs : Geoffo, Boris Mirroir, Jérôme, François R., Charlie Adlard, Durthang, Sébastien Vastra, Joël Jurion, Trevor Hairsine et Matteo Leoni. Raphaële Fontvieille s’occupe quant à elle des couleurs et Josemaria Casanovas de la couverture.
